Dr Tahir Ul Qadri Agrees to Leave the Plane under Certain Conditions

Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr Tahir Ul Qadri, has stated certain demands under which he has accepted that he is going to leave the plane.

The problem started when Tahir Ul Qadri was to land on Islamabad International Airport and he the plane was not allowed to land. Therefore, that very plane was asked to fly to Lahore, where it was allowed to land. Emirates airlines sent the Pakistani government a written application where they requested the return of the plane as they were already angered by the fact that it was not allowed to land on its destination.

In Lahore, Qadri decided to stay in the plane but now he has finally stated that he has certain clauses and if they are met only then will he leave the plane.

The first demand is that he is going to be escorted out by his personal security guards. Secondly, he stated that the authorities should provide him with a bullet-proof vehicle. Thirdly, he stated that the journey of his convoy should be telecasted on the media throughout the time he is travelling.

He also claimed that he will not be sitting in any vehicle that is provided by Punjab Government; in fact, he claimed that the governor of Punjab should accompany his convoy.
