Shaqiri challenges Messi

Xherdan Shaqiri unleashed steamrolled Honduras (0-3) and Switzerland advanced to the knockout stages, where Argentina is already waiting. The Swiss player became the second player in FIFA World Cup 2014 to score a hat trick after Muller who scored hat trick in match against Portugal (4-0). Sahqiri is posing a challenge to Messi who scored two against Nigeria.

Earlier this year, Switzerland approved a referendum to limit access to its labor market for immigrants from the EU. But the whim of football wanted goals that have led to the classification came in bags from other origins: Immigrant goal not a vote, but the decree of his players.
