Israel bombs Gaza after finding bodies of 3 missing youth

The Israeli Air Force bombed on Tuesday night 34 positions of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip, hours after the discovery of the bodies of three young Jews killed in the West Bank. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday reiterated his accusations against the Hamas for triple murder. The Army killed at dawn a Palestinian youth in the northern city of Jenin, where Israeli soldiers encountered violent resistance when they entered. Netanyahu met Monday night with his security cabinet in Jerusalem which ended without operational decisions. Israel wants to wait for the funeral of the three young men, aged 16 and 19, before announcing its next military measures. The burial will be Tuesday at Modi’in, midway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Corpses were found under a pile of stones in a town about ten minutes drive from the large West Bank city. Nearby found shortly after the disappearance of the young a charred car that relate to the kidnapping.

Israel demolished on Tuesday night in Hebron houses of Qawasmeh Marwan and Abu Aisha Amer, two suspected Palestinian members of Hamas, whom Israel accused of having carried out the kidnapping and triple murder. They are in search and seizure.

The discovery of the three bodies led to various concentrations of citizens in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, where some nationalist hotheads cried revenge for their deaths. Tempers are running high in Israel, where there were also attacks on Arab refugees. The leader of the Israeli left-wing Meretz party, Zahava Gal -On, asked Prime Minister Netanyahu to “show restraint and avoid an escalation of violence” for the situation in which “blood boil.”

After the disappearance of the boys on the 12th of June, the Israeli army launched a major military operations of the last ten years in the West Bank, in order to recover ” dead or alive ” and to do everything possible to weaken Hamas.

Netanyahu said Monday night that “Hamas is responsible and will pay” for the death of the boys. During the last few hours there have been at least five rocket fired from Gaza on southern Israel.
