A column of Ukrainian tanks take position near Donetsk

A large group of Ukrainian tanks and armored army took position about 23 kilometers south of Donetsk, a major city in eastern taken by the rebels. Furthermore, there are no reliable and comparable figures of casualties among pro-Russian militias.

On Thursday, three Ukrainian soldiers have been killed and 27 wounded in new clashes with pro-Russian separatists in the east of the country, as reported Kiev. One of the last deceased servicemen killed by an “ambush” of  vehicle Muratova near Lugansk. The attack, perpetrated by rebels with automatic weapons, occurred late Wednesday and also caused three injuries. Meanwhile, Russia has declared Thursday a state of emergency in six southern regions of the country by the large number of refugees arriving from Ukraine. “In regions of Rostov, Volgograd, Astrakhan, Stavropol, republic of Kalmykia and the city of Sebastopol – annexed by Moscow ” has listed Russian Deputy Emergencies Vladimir Artamonov, at a meeting in the upper house of Parliament.

The Russian leader said Wednesday as that in 306 temporary camps hosting refugees was 19,800, while 127 Ukrainian citizens have received medical care in a mobile hospital deployed in the Russian city of Donetsk region of Rostov.
