Muhammad Aamir Ready for Cricketing Action
Monday, August 4th, 2014 1:34:07 by Ahmad MehdiPakistani cricketer and bowler, Muhammad Aamir, was banned from playing cricket as he was involved in a match fixing scandal. The young, fast paced bowler was one of the key ingredients for the Pakistani bowling recipe. However, Pakistan still managed to showcase some class in bowling throughout different tournaments, thanks to Saeed Ajmal, who has been phenomenal in the past four to five years.
It recently came to light that there is a slight chance that Muhammad Aamir might make a comeback into the Pakistani cricket team as the ban lifts off from him before February. This would also mean that he might be able to play the Cricket World Cup that is going to take place next year.
The case of the player is quite strong and the Pakistani Cricket Board is trying its best to make Aamir play a few games in order to gain match fitness. The player is willing to give his best as soon as he returns back to cricketing action.
In a recent interview, Muhammad Aamir spoke about how he is ready to make a comeback for his country.“All things have to go through a process and I am just grateful to the board for taking up my case. What I did was wrong and I got lost in all the fame and wealth. I went down the wrong path. They are people who try to lure cricketers down the wrong path and into corruption and they need to be stopped.”
