Imran Khan decides to enter Islamabad Red Zone area
Monday, August 18th, 2014 9:05:49 by Jamshed SindhuPakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has decided to enter the Islamabad Red Zone area on August 19, 2014 along with his supporters participating in the azadi march. Imran Khan asked his supporters to promise to remain peaceful.
Imran Khan said that he will lead the protest rally into Red Zone area towards the Parliament house and Prime Minister house. He asked the administration and police not to take any step to initiate violence. He told police not become the “gulu butt” of Nawaz Sharif.
Imran Khan has already announced civil disobedience and given 48 hours to the government to resign. Imran Khan has now decided to move his azadi march towards the Red Zone.
PTI chairman appealed the whole nation to come out of their homes and join the azadi march.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi had told reporters that party has decided to resign from the national and provincial assemblies. However, no decision on resignation from the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa assembly is yet made.
