Pakistan Army to control security of Islamabad red zone

Pakistan Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has told reporters in a press conference this Tuesday on August 19, 2014 in Islamabad about handing over the security control of Islamabad red zone to armed forces.

Nisar Khan told news reporters that police, Pakistan Rangers and Armed forces will collectively handle any security threat from the protesters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek.

Interior Minister further added that Imran Khan was a role model in sports and he must also act as role model for youth in politics.

Nisar Khan said that Imran Khan had assured not to enter the high security area of Islamabad and now he has announced leading march into red zone area. Referring to Imran’s demand of election rigging, he said that 2013 election were not conducted by Nawaz Sharif.
