Qadri wants to see Sharif brothers hanged

Dr. Tahirul Qadri has said that he wants to see Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif hanged while addressing his supporters on Tuesday August 26, 2014 in Islamabad outside the Parliament House. Dr. Qadri further said that now the matters will not settle just by resigning from position of Prime Minister and Chief Minister Punjab.

Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chairman told his activists that killing of 14 persons in Model Town could not be possible without the consent of Sharif brothers.

Giving his verdict, Dr Qadri said that both Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif were responsible for the tragedy in Model Town, Lahore.

Dr Qadri further added that court decision to register First Information Report (FIR) against Sharif brothers has proved his stance that they were behind the killing of 14 people in June.

Lahore High Court has earlier dismissed a petition filed by four federal ministers against the decision of additional session judge to register FIR against 21 persons nominated by Pakistan Awami Tehreek.

Dr Qadri gave government 48 hours ultimatum to dissolve all the assemblies and form a national caretaker government.
