It is reported from Rawalpindi that Narcotics Control Court has dismissed Hanif Abbasi’s petition for his acquittal in Ephedrine quota case. The court judge ruled that credible evidence against Hanif Abbasi and other accused is present and thus request of acquittal is rejected.
The court judge fixed September 2 for the indictment of all the persons nominated in the Ephedrine quota case.
