Mother disciplines daughter by streaming her beating live on Facebook

A mother tried to bring her daughter to her senses by beating her and then showing all her friends her humiliation by posting that video on Facebook. The mother believed that her 16-year-old daughter indulged in sexual activities after her daughter shared a picture of herself and her boyfriend wearing nothing more than a towel.

The shocking video shows the mother first hitting her daughter with a plastic object and later slapping her all over her body. The girl is seen quietly taking the beating.

According to the details provided, the mother got infuriated when she saw her daughter posting that obscene picture of hers on Facebook. Upon seeing that image, the mother immediately decided to discipline her daughter by beating her and live streaming that incident on Facebook.

This particular incident sparked a huge debate amongst people with two clear camps-one siding with the mother while the other condemning her method of disciplining.

I understand where this mom is coming from but she could have handled it in a respectful way. She’s only trying to save her ’cause it’s a nasty world out there,” one Facebook comment read.

The other camp argued that the mother took things too far by beating and publicly humiliating her daughter. “There is something so sick and disturbing about going out of your way to embarrass your child. Especially, when your form of discipline is about embarrassing your child for natural urges we all experience at 16 years of age,” writer Veronica Wells wrote in a post.

Meanwhile the mother and daughter later both wrote posts on Facebook, each explaining their stance on the issue. The mother wrote how she loves her daughter and how she had her best interest in mind for which she disciplined her.

On the other hand the daughter also acknowledged her mistake and said that she will be mindful of such things in the future.
