Female terror suspect arrested from Lahore

The suspect has been identified as an MBBS student, Noreen Leghari, belonging from Hyderabad. She had disappeared in February and was reported missing by her family.
According to the details provided, a joint operation conducted by security and intelligence agencies resulted in the death of one terrorist and arrest of three others including Noreen in Lahore’s Factory Area. The terrorists were planning an attack around Easter but thankfully it was foiled due to the successful operation.
Noreen’s family on the other hand claims that she had been kidnapped and has no links with any terrorist organization. Noreen’s brother told reporters that she had gone to her University in Jomshoro on February 10 and got kidnapped from there.
However, authorities already had suspicions that Noreen had links with terrorist organizations. She had gone to Lahore on a bus from Hyderabad and reportedly married a man by the name of Ali Tariq.
Ali Tariq was also identified as a terrorist by the authorities and he was killed during the combing operation. Sources reported that Norreen had married Ali, two-and-a-half months ago and that the two had met through social media.
The couple had rented a house in Punjab society and their absconding accomplice, Azeem, had helped them rent the house. Azeem carries head money worth Rs. 1 million.
A case has been registered against the three arrested terrorists at Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) police station in the city. The suspects have been booked for charges of terrorism, murder and attempted murder.
