Amir Khan shows poor performance on ‘I’m a Celebrity’

It appears that undertaking daring feats is just not Amir Khan’s cup of tea, as the boxer seems to be having trouble undertaking dangerous tasks on I’m a Celebrity-Get me Out of Here show.

It has been learnt that the Khan chickened out of his first Bushtucker Trial on Monday night, and he even earned his wife’s sarcasm for it!

Faryal Makhdoom could not help but tease her husband after his squeal-filled appearance on the show, shocked the world. Khan was tasked with grabbing hold of a snake, but he quit the challenge soon after.

The former boxing champ, 30, hilariously panicked within minutes of commencing the challenge called ‘Critter-cal Rescue’ alongside Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo – who was locked in a box underground – and it seems his second attempt will be just as disastrous.

Upon this, Makhdoom tweeted; ‘I don’t think my hubby @AmirKingKhan realized what he got himself into’.

Khan was also not able to take back any meals for camp last night and he did not seem to do well on the second challenge as well. In the ‘Flushed Out’ challenge, Khan runs into a spot of bother after he drops one of the keys he needs in the water, leaving him to continuously dive in again and again.

When he eventually gets the key, he realizes it’s the wrong one! This episode will air next week.

Meanwhile, Khan recently patched up things with his pregnant wife after the two went through a very public fight and separation.
