Guinness World record holder Kesiraju Srinivas arrested for sexually harassing Indian radio jockey

It has been reported that a case was registered against the singer, commonly known as ‘Ghazal Srinivas’ after a woman came forward with the allegations that he sexually harassed her. The complaint was registered by a famous Indian female radio jockey.
“A case was registered against him on December 29. The woman showed us some evidence of the harassment that she was being subjected to,” an official said.
“We arrested him and produced in the court. He has been remanded in judicial custody till January 11,” he added.
Details of what he really did or how the events unfolded have been kept from public.
Meanwhile Srinivas has denied the allegation and said that he never assaulted or misbehaved with her.
Srinivas holds the Guinness World Record for singing in most languages in a single concert. In 2008, Srinivas sang in 76 languages in a single concert commemorating Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophies.
After the concert on Gandhi, Srinivas launched an album — The Path of Mahatma Gandhi — where he sang in 65 foreign languages and 60 Indian languages that earned him his second Guinness’ mention.
